• Payment and purchase information: Billing details, payment information, membership records, and transaction history. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; Meraki does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

• Health and participation information: Injuries, pregnancy status, physical limitations, or other information you voluntarily disclose to help us support your participation, along with completed waivers.

• Communications: Questions, feedback, survey responses, and information you share through email, telephone, or online forms.

4. Photography, Video, and Social Media

Personal Recording
Clients may record personal videos only from the back row and only when no other clients or instructors are visible in the recording. Recording must not disrupt class or interfere with another person’s experience.

Studio Content
Meraki may occasionally take photographs or short videos during classes or studio activities for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials, subject to any consent required by law. If you do not wish to appear in studio marketing content, please notify management in writing and let your instructor know before class. We will respect your preference when capturing and selecting content.

5. How We Protect Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Our payment providers handle payment transactions using security measures designed to meet applicable payment-card industry requirements. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers solely to operate our messaging program or as required by law.

We retain personal information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Meraki’s services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. Individuals ages 16–17 may participate with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian and a completed parent or guardian waiver. We do not knowingly collect or request personal information from children under 16. If we discover that information from a child under 16 has been collected, we will promptly take steps to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary booking, payment, or account-related communications.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal obligations. Revisions will be posted on our website or client portal with an updated effective date. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a change.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website and our mobile app. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Health and Fitness Data If you choose to enable Workout Metrics and grant permission through Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS, our app accesses health and fitness data, such as heart rate and calories burned, solely to display workout metrics for your classes. This data is accessed and processed on your device. It is not transmitted to, stored, or retained by us or our app provider. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. The uses and restrictions described in this section apply specifically to health and fitness data accessed through this feature. You can revoke the app’s access at any time through the permissions settings in Health Connect or Apple Health. Our use of information received from Health Connect complies with Google’s applicable Health Connect permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
